One of the key features of our lesson programmes is the ability to cancel a lesson and rebook into another session on any day/time with any teacher. Follow the steps below on how to cancel a lesson:
Log into your account at cadenzatuition.opus1.io/login .
If you forget your password, enter your email address and click the purple 'Get a login link by email' (once you log in, you must change your password).
2. Scroll down to the student's upcoming schedule and click 'cancel' next to the lesson you'd like to cancel.
3. Read the Terms & Conditions and click 'continue with cancellation'.
This lesson cancellation will issue you with a lesson credit if you are cancelling with at least 1 hour's notice of the lesson start time, which you can use to rebook at a later date. You can find this credit under the 'credits' section.
